Marshalls launches first online store with cheap Gucci, Fendi and more designs
Marshalls.com is no longer just a business search site, it’s the business as well.
While its competitors have had online shops for many years, Marshalls announced on Tuesday the launch of its first e-commerce store, which is now live and open to the trade.
“This site will provide a unique selection of the brands and values Marshalls is known for, offering customers the opportunity to purchase fun, interactive features and curios,” said Mark DeOliveira, TJX Digital Executive Vice President, USA Release , “We are pleased that customers are experiencing the brand in this new way.”
The over-the-counter retailer is owned by TJX Companies, the parent company of T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, HomeSense and Sierra. T.J. Maxx and Sierra both have online stores, while home stores do not.
The site contains categories similar to Marshall’s more than 1,100 stores, including women’s, men’s and children’s clothing and footwear, home accessories and beauty products.
“Just as every Marshalls store offers a different mix of products, the website also offers a unique mix, adding new, branded, designer and other high quality items every day,” the company said.
While most of the goods sold online can be returned or returned in stores, some designer articles, including Christian Louboutin and Fendi, suggest that they “can not be returned to the store”. Many of the more expensive items also require a signature for delivery.
The most expensive handbag on the site Tuesday is a Gucci leather case for $ 1,999.99, which according to the website is regularly available for $ 2,500 retail. A pair of Alexander McQueen studded boots cost $ 1,499.99, $ 500 less than the full price.Tags: Marshalls launches first online store, Marshalls online store, online store
